What Changes

Where the change actually shows

Income

Graduates who had no earnings now bill clients, run pages for businesses, design, build and sell. The first payment is the moment the whole thing becomes real.

Confidence

Women who would not open a laptop now teach their neighbours. That spread is not on any spreadsheet and it is the biggest thing we do.

Households

School fees paid, stock bought, savings started. Money that lands in a woman's hands tends to stay in the home.

From the classroom and the community

  • Graduates in blue shirts and gold sashes gather outdoors with their certificates.
The whole group, one shared achievement.
  • A learner stands to speak while a facilitator and classmates listen.
    Space for every voice.
  • A smiling woman in a blue shirt and gold sash receives a certificate with a handshake.
A proud moment on graduation day.
